Cinco de Mayo Iced Coffee

Coffee in a margarita glass? Of course! It’s Cinco de Mayo! To celebrate, I have a Mexican-inspired iced coffee recipe to get your morning off to a great start!

Jenny’s Mexican Iced Coffee

1 cup brewed coffee (chilled a few hours before)

ice cubes

1/3 cup heavy cream

chocolate syrup (to taste)

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

whipped cream

tequila (if desired)

Top with cinnamon-and-sugar mixture and shaved dark chocolate
