Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Recipe

In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of each of the following spices: ground ginger, cloves, and nutmeg (You can change the amount of spice depending on your taste, but one tablespoon is a ballpark estimate.)

Add in two tablespoons cinnamon.

Mix dry spices.

Brew yourself a strong pot of coffee.

In a saucepan, on medium heat, add equal parts pumpkin puree and almond milk (or your choice of milk)--about a cup each. Then, as it heats, add in one teaspoon of vanilla and the dry spices (saving a tiny bit of the spices for topping). Whisk gently until hot.

Into your mug, add equal parts coffee and milk-spice mixture. (You can tweak this, depending on how milky you like your coffee.)

Add almond-milk-based whipped cream (or regular) and, using a fine-mesh strainer, add a few extra spices on top.
